I’ve just got home after 4 days of copious amounts of decadent food and drink. It’s been a bit crazy and taken me off the bandwagon but I’m determined to get back on it and improve my diet and exercise regime in order to reach my goals.
I have also been watching Tony Robbins as I needed some motivation;
I also want to set some goals and plan for this year ahead, to make it my most productive year yet.
