So last year, in the end of summer, my motivation for training was high.
On the 11th July, I went to the gym before going to my good friend, Carly’s engagement party on the rye in High Wycombe!
I took a picnic of salad & chicken with sundried tomatoes and mozzarella. I also bought coconut water and some fruit! My weight that day was around 66kg.
On the 31st July, I went to a boxing circuits class in the morning before driving to Bournemouth, to visit my parents.. Here’s me looking tired as the class is on a Saturday morning! Wearing my favourite bulls vest & leggings, ready for the class!
